HEALTH     GUARANTEE 

Seller  issues a limited guarantee on the above described dog for a period of seven (7)days for infectious disease beginning on the purchase date. Seller issues a 1 year health guarantee against life-threatening genetic or life-threatening congentital birth defects. You must take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours  of receipt of your puppy. Your puppy has received an examination by a licensed veterinarian, and has had its 1st  puppy shots and been wormed 3 times. However, purchaser must recognize that intestinal parasites are not uncommon in puppies and very often appear during a puppies early development. Purchaser must also realize that the stress of going to a new home and travel can actually reault in appearance of intestinal parasites. NO pup will be sold that is hurt or injured and so no pup will be replaced for such reason!  Seller guarantees your puppy will be healthy at time of purchase. Buyer must demonstrate that the puppy was properly vaccinated and given protection against heartworms and parasites, intestinal and external. Because of enviroment issues and differences within each household and yard that are the cause of so many allergies, coat, and skin problems, and we all know that there is not a vaccine available for every canine illness, we require that your puppy continue to be given NuVet supplements. The health guarentee on your puppy will be considered null and void if you choose to discontinue use. To order NuVet supplements call 1-800-474-7044 order code 37808.  If this pup dies from any natural causes within 48 hours of purchase, an autopsy must be performed by our (the seller’s) licensed veterinarian (with the buyer paying any and all expenses in advance that might be incurred).  The  seller will replace the pup under the following conditions:

1. The replacement will be of the same sex. Breed, and dollar value.
2. If the only pup available at this time is of the same breed, sex and is of HIGHER dollar value, the buyer agrees to pay the difference to the seller.
3. An autopsy must be preformed  by a licensed veterinarian (with the buyer paying any and all expwnaes that might incure)

SELLER DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR PUPPY WILL BE OF SHOW QUALITY OR BE GUARANTEED FOR REPRODUCTIVE SOUNDNESS. SELLER DOES NOT GUARANTEE SIZE OR COLOR OF PUPPY.

SELLER  DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY PUP AGAINST ANY ILLNESS THAT WAS CONTRACTED AFTER THE PUP LEAVES THE KENNEL. VACCINATIONS AND DEWORMING MUST BE KEPT UP ON THIS PUP, OR THIS GUARANTEE IS NULL AND VOID! SELLER WILL  NOT PAY ANY  VETERINARY BILLS INCURED AFTER PURCHASE AND REMOVAL DATE OF THIS PUP FROM THESE PREMISES. THE SELLER WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OF THE PET, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SIZE OR COLOR OF PUPPY, ALLERGY, LANDLORD/TENANT, MARTIAL, OR ADJUSTMENT PROBLEMS, ETC.
